Connor is from Honolulu, Hawaii, where he lived until attending Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. There Connor, interested in the rise of China and its implications for geopolitics, earned a dual degree in international relations and Mandarin. Following this interest, he worked in Hong Kong for Morgan Stanley’s wealth management division.
After graduation, Connor spent five years in the management consulting industry focused on organization transformation projects, including: organization redesign, process improvement and culture change. He takes pride in creating tailored solutions to complex problems and is highly motivated by leaving things better than he found them.
Currently, Connor is earning his MBA at the University at Buffalo with a concentration in finance. At UB, Connor is an analyst with the Terese Kelly Investment Group where he focuses on finding investment opportunities in the financial sector. Connor aims to build a career in commercial banking or private equity in the Western New York region.
