The program consists of seven interactive lecture sessions, based on specific learning objectives for each of the topic areas mentioned above. You will complete four leadership assessments to personalize your leadership and inclusive competencies.
For participants in the continental U.S., your certificate will be sent via United States Postal Service upon completion of the program. For participants outside the continental U.S., certificates will be sent via United Parcel Service.

Rogers principally teaches communication and organizational behavior courses on the undergraduate, full-time MBA, Professional MBA and Executive MBA levels. She also oversees the school’s undergraduate communication literacy program and frequently provides corporate training in Western New York organizations.
In the community, she has served on the board of directors for Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, Dreams from the Heart Camp, the Pink Pillow Project Inc. and the Saturn Club Historic Preservation Foundation.

Siaw-Asamoah principally teaches leadership and global perspectives courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. She is a Gallup-certified strengths coach with expertise in team effectiveness, conflict dynamics and leadership in all sectors. Her research interests include cultural competency in health communication and the role of cultural differences in relation to communication in business.
