Oliver has expanded the mission of the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) to provide cutting-edge leadership research, education and training, both locally and globally. She is co-founder of the school’s Nonprofit Board Fellowship and launched CLOE’s Leadership Coaching Certification in 2020. Oliver has worked with the school and university to bring some of the most influential names in leadership to Buffalo, including Seth Godin, Adam Grant, Daniel Pink and Malala Yousafzai.
Prior to joining the school, Oliver served as president and CEO of Leadership Niagara, where she transformed the state’s longest-running community leadership organization into a national award-winning program. She has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience.
Globally, Oliver oversees a multiyear educational partnership with the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, Africa. In addition, she has partnered with Russian educators and business leaders to share best practices for more than 20 years.
