Background

Everest has nearly 30 years experience in multinational organizations, with significant experience in vice president roles in international human resources. Everest owns a consulting business that focuses on strategic planning, organizational change, team building, performance management, executive coaching, organizational assessment and leadership development.

As part of his teaching at the School of Management, Everest leads an MBA consulting course in which teams of students work with executive clients on real-world issues at their companies. He is also faculty director of LeaderCORE, a 17-month leadership development program for full-time MBA students. His community service has including serving on the board for Child and Adolescent Treatment Services, a local children’s mental health agency.
