At the LLCC, undergraduate management students gain the skills and support to succeed in college and beyond. You'll strengthen how you learn, grow your leadership and connect with community that supports you.
Open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., it's an ideal study space between classes — whether you live on-campus or commute. You'll be welcomed by our peer leaders — fellow management students who also co-lead workshops, host events, and understand your experience.
At the heart of the center is the Frank and Marilyn Clement Undergraduate Community Hub - a bright, comfortable and quiet space for you to study alone or with your management peers.

Throughout the fall and spring semesters, the LLCC provides you with opportunities to learn about self-leadership, apply skills and principled explored, and become the best version of yourself. Attend workshops or conversations to help you learn about these principles, examine your own strengths and goals, and find opportunities to practice and grow into a leader who inspires others, sets a positive example and adds value to any team.
Whether you're a new or continuing student, college comes with a lot of new experiences, opportunities and questions. Our Peer Leaders are experienced management undergraduates who will welcome you to the LLCC. Peer Leaders are able to share their academic experiences, strategies, and insights. During a Peer Leader Chat appointment, you can:
- Learn strategies for navigating your first semester at UB or in the School of Management
- Explore ways to get involved and build connections
- Discover resources and opportuntities available in UB
- Talk through questions, challenges or goals
- Gain perspective from an experienced student
This conversation is informal, student-focused, and tailored to what matters to you.
