Global Presence

Today the educational reputation of the School of Management literally spans the globe, with faculty and students from all over the world. Internationally, we offer collaborative degree programs in Singapore and India, as well as global leadership programs in Africa. In addition, our students are preparing to work in an increasingly global environment through a variety of faculty-led, short-term programs on four continents. The diversity of our programs and our international reputation help ensure that the School of Management degree is a credential that opens doors for our graduates at any business anywhere in the world.

Degree Programs Ranked and Accredited

Our degree programs are accredited by the prestigious AACSB International and nationally ranked by a variety of media for their quality and the return on investment we provide our graduates. With an emphasis on experiential learning, our programs prepare graduates for leadership roles across a wide range of industries and functional areas.

At the undergraduate level, we enroll approximately 3,000 students in our nationally regarded programs in business administration, accounting, and information technology and management. 

Our MBA programs have been preparing students for leadership positions in management since 1931. Options include a full-time MBA, featuring award-winning programs like LeaderCOREā„¢ and Corporate Champions; a part-time Professional MBA offered in a hybrid format for working professionals; and a 16-month Executive MBA for the area’s most talented and experienced executives.

Prospective students can also choose from a variety of dual and collaborative MBA programs, a growing portfolio of Master of Science programs and advanced graduate certificates.

Our Management PhD program is the premier doctoral program in the SUNY system and recruits students worldwide. Graduates accept positions at major universities throughout the U.S. and at leading consulting and research firms.

Custom Corporate Training, Entrepreneurship and Leadership

In addition to credit-bearing programs, we provide innovative education and professional development programs for executives, professionals and organizations through custom corporate training, micro-credentials and a variety of non-credit-bearing offerings.

The School of Management is also home to the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, which has been enhancing the entrepreneurial talents of business creators and managers since 1987 to improve their prospects for growth, and invigorate the community and regional economy.

Our Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) was launched in 2013 to create more effective leaders and organizations. CLOE is internationally recognized for its high-impact scholarship and solution-focused organizational and economic engagement.

In addition, all School of Management students have exclusive access to the Leadership, Learning and Community Center, a place to connect with other students and take advantage of academic support services.
