Leadership Coaching Certification
The Leadership Coaching Certification micro-credential will equip you with the essential skills you need to be an effective external or internal coach.
Topics include foundational leadership coaching skills, assessment and feedback, advanced skills and a practicum where you will gain real-world coaching experience under the supervision of program facilitators.
- Senior executives and professionals with at least 10 years of management experience
- Non-UB students
- Online
- Non-credit-bearing (you will not earn university credit)
- In addition to the micro-credential, you will receive a certificate of completion
You must complete four non-credit courses that total 100 hours of training, preparation and coaching:
- Foundations of Coaching
- Assessment and Feedback
- Advanced Coaching
- Practicum
- Career management
- Critical thinking/problem-solving
- Leadership
- Oral/written communications
- Professionalism
- Teamwork/collaboration
