Build the Management Skills to Lead with AI

Business Team Discusses AI Innovations and Strategies at Modern Office Conference Table with Charts, Graphs, and Technology Insights.

Explore non-credit programs to develop AI skills for stronger decisions and better results.

AI is changing the efficiency and speed with which managers make decisions and coordinate activities and teams, leading to improved organizational performance. The University at Buffalo School of Management offers two practical, non-credit programs for different stages of your managerial journey. Both programs teach management through the lens of AI, helping you use AI as a practical tool for day-to-day work rather than as a technical specialization.

You will learn by using AI throughout the program: examining business problems, comparing alternatives, creating managerial outputs and applying new practices using data from your own organization.
