Sixty years ago, when the CF Foundation was established, the average life of a child with the disease was about five years. Today, because of dramatic advances in treatment and care, people with CF live into their 30s, 40s and beyond. The foundation funds more cystic fibrosis research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available was made possible because of CF Foundation support.
Ginsky brings more than 18 years of health care industry experience to the organization, having most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Market Access Services division at Covance, a contract research organization and drug development company.
