Here Is How...

You Help Students

Refer students.

You are often the first stop for a student looking for internships and jobs. Do your students have questions about career readiness? Every student has a designated career advisor.

  • Refer your students to the CRC (308 Alfiero) for end-to-end career assistance.
  • Encourage students to schedule an appointment with their career advisor (through BizLink).

Online resources.

Remind students of the CRC website. There are more than 100 pages of career content from VMock for 24-hour immediate résumé reviews, industry guides and videos from Vault, concentration-focused career content, a case interview prep tool and more.

CRC Helps You

Tap into employer network.

Looking for a company to get involved in your class?

  • We can connect you to industry speakers, companies with real-world projects or cases, volunteers for judges, and more.
  • Check with the employer relations team to identify companies interested in becoming involved in the classroom. Our collaboration may turn into internships or job offers!
Club advisors.

Are you a faculty advisor to one of the School of Management's clubs and your students need assistance in identifying speakers?

Career advisors and the employer relations team work with alumni, hiring managers and recruiters. The CRC is happy to assist in making connections to clubs.

You Help the School

Impact rankings.

Encourage students to report their success. There are times when you may be the only one to hear about a student's success. Measuring student success is important to the school as many rankings organizations focus on measuring student employment, placement and even salaries.

Encourage students to report:

  • Jobs, graduate school, joining military, starting a business here.
  • All internships in BizLink.

Refer employers.

Connect us to employers who want to recruit business talent. We can assist employers with posting jobs or internships, scheduling on-campus interviews, building their brand on campus and more.
