An interactive forum for emerging leaders employed in small business, Key Persons Leadership Development helps you think with an ownership mentality. Topics include leadership styles, communication strategies, financial acumen and time management tactics.
- Emerging leader in a small-to-medium sized business looking to take management skills to the next level
- Non-UB students
- In person (no courses offered online)
- Continuing education/professional education
- Non-credit-bearing (you will not earn university credit)
- Minimum of 75% attendance
- Complete a leadership strength assessment to understand and apply their natural strengths
- Commit to one action item or deliverable connected to each session’s topic
- Report progress on their action item or deliverable at the following session
