Key Persons Leadership Development will help you think with an ownership mentality through this interactive forum for emerging leaders employed in small business. Topics include leadership styles, communication strategies, financial acumen and time management tactics.

During this course you will:

  • Identify and understand strengths-based leadership styles in themselves and others
  • Develop communication strategies for active listening, coaching, delegating and mastering difficult conversations
  • Receive a basic understanding of financial statements to build a higher level of awareness related to the organization’s bottom-line performance
  • Understand the importance of having standard operating procedures to efficiently deliver a consistently high quality product or service
  • Have an understanding of the interaction between the marketing and sales process, and an awareness of how each person in the business is critical for sales
  • Work on goal setting and time management strategies to work on the right things at the right time

You should apply if you are a new and emerging leader in a small-to-medium sized business looking to take management skills to the next level.
