The UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership is offering a series of half-day workshops for business owners and leaders who want to move from ideas to action. Each workshop takes a deep dive into a specific topic, combining expert insight with hands-on application. As a participant, you will actively work on your specific business challenges throughout the session, leaving with practical tools, clear strategies and actionable solutions you can implement within your organization.
