MBA Advantage is a unique program that spans your entire student experience. Enhance the skills that differentiate you in a customized, personal development journey that equips you with the relationships, tools and knowledge you need to be successful. Required of all MBAs, the program provides you with a series of shared experiences and challenges to help establish your MBA network and define your personal goals.

MBA Advantage Activities

We don't just teach problem-solving, we live it. The MBA Advantage program is designed and delivered by a team of professionals from Graduate Management Programs, the Career Resource Center, and Alumni and External Relations, as well as faculty members, current students and alumni.

Before classes even begin, build strong bonds with your cohort and teams in this experience where you'll engage with the School of Management community and become familiar with our program and your opportunities.

Actively participate in 600-level discussion class focused on your career planning and development. Prepare for your concentration decision, internship search, interview process, etc.

Before classes begin, you will participate in a two-day virtual kick-off focused on your career development.

Kick off your second year by taking a deep dive with industry experts to enhance the key skills you'll need to focus on your post-MBA job search.
