Curriculum (12 credits)

Availability varies by semester. 

Required: Either MGB 607 Leadership and Motivation or MGG 666 and MGG 667 - Leadership Development courses for the LeaderCORE program.

Then choose three courses (9 credits) from the following: 

  • MGB 615 - Executive Presence and Emotional Intelligence (3 credits)
  • MGB 625 - Power and Influence (3 credits)
  • MGB 626 - People Analytics (3 credits)
  • MGI 601 - Human Resource Management (3 credits)
  • MGI 617 - Managing Employees for Maximum Performance (3 credits)
  • MGG 640 - Negotiations (3 credits)
