In the human resources management concentration, you will learn how to attract, develop and maintain a competitive workforce for a small business or large organization. You'll be interested in the concentration if you have supervisory and management ambitions or if you're contemplating entering the HR field.

Academic performance in the first and second year prerequisite courses is the main criterion for admission to the upper division in the School of Management. In the first two years, you will complete the university writing requirements, general education courses and seven prerequisite courses for the major.
