The Leadership Lab

To successfully lead others, you must first discover and examine your own leadership habits, values and attitudes.

Take the lead

Members of the School of Management community offer workshops and panel discussions that are open to all management undergrads who are interested in exploring self-leadership principles, topics and opportunities.  In addition, the Emerging Leader Certificate is a small cohort experience for first-year management students

In the Lab, you will be able to:

  • Attend leadership or related topic workshops or conversations
  • Increase your knowledge of leadership principles
  • Examine and reflect on your own leadership values and attitudes
  • Begin to assess areas of strength and opportunity for growth
  • Learn about leadership opportunities to apply your skills and gain experience
  • Meet others in the School of Management’s leadership community and expand your network and sense of belonging
