The Leadership Lab

To successfully lead others, you must first discover and examine your own leadership habits, values and attitudes.

Take the lead

In fall 2022, the LLCC piloted an non-credit bearing an Emerging Leader Certificate program for a small cohort of first-year management students. The certificate program has evolved into a one-credit bearing special topics course for Emerging Leaders. In addition, members of the School of Management community will offer workshop and panel discussions that are open to all management undergrads who are interested in exploring self-leadership principles, topics and opportunities.
