The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's Spring programs are workshops in the truest sense of the word. After attending our hands-on, interactive classes, you and/or your staff will leave with a solution that helps solve a specific business challenge.

Strategic Planning

Tuesday May 10 and Tuesday May 17  from 8:30-1:30 p.m.

You and up to four members of your team are invited to invest in defining your strategic initiatives for 2022.

  • Clarify your mission, vision, and goals
  • Identify key strategic opportunities and issues
  • Assess progress on current strategic plan
  • Move from strategic thinking to strategic planning
  • Clarify KPIs with your team members

Create a concise, actionable plan addressing your people, cash, strategy, and execution

In this interactive workshop, you and your team will walk through the basics of creating your annual strategic plan and implementing the strategy in your organization. You will leave the program with a clear roadmap for your business that can be used in making decisions for the upcoming year.

Mastering Your Financial Reports

Tuesdays, May 17 to June 28 from 3-5 p.m.

Participants in this seven week interactive, hands-on course are coached as business owners to become more empowered with their financial reporting. 

Participants can expect to create a basic and easy to use financial report template, set up effective monthly financial report meetings with your team, increase confidence, understanding your financial reports to the point that you look forward to reviewing them, make better informed decisions on capital purchases and the use of company resources
