Business Essentials Workshop Series

The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's fall programs are workshops in the truest sense of the word. After attending our hands-on, interactive classes, you and/or your staff will leave with a solution that helps solve a specific business challenge.

Performance Management Workshop

Thursdays - February 24, March 3, March 10, 2022 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Good performance management is a planned process that takes place over the entire year, not once a year. Over the course of these interactive sessions you will develop the skills and tools needed to drive continuous improvement and create a performance management plan to grow your people's abilities.
