Important updates are found here including the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Regulations taking effect on April 24. 2028; which applies to all websites, web applications, digital course materials, video and audio content, documents and social media posts. There will be upcoming workshops and sessions announced in the Fall 2025 to provide support for the School of Management’s faculty and students.
The UDL Guidelines are a tool used in the implementation of Universal Design for Learning, a framework developed by CAST to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn. The goal of UDL is learner agency that is purposeful and reflective, resourceful and authentic, strategic and action-oriented.
