Human Resources Focus

Human Resources professionals play a critical role in managing an organization’s most valuable asset — its people. HR is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The MS in Management Human Resources Management focus develops key skills in recruitment, talent management, leadership training, employee relations and navigating real-world workplace dynamics.
