Admissions

  • You must be enrolled in any UB bachelor’s program, other than the Bachelor of Science in business administration.
  • You must have completed at least 30-credit hours with a minimum overall GPA of 2.0.
  • You must have received a grade of C or better in PSY 101.

Requirements of the Minor

  • To obtain a minor in human resources management, you must earn a total of 22 credits of required courses and electives.
