Admissions

  • You must be enrolled in any UB bachelor’s program, other than the Bachelor of Science in business administration.
  • You must have completed at least 30-credit hours with a minimum overall GPA of 2.0.

Requirements of the Minor

  • To obtain a minor in organizational leadership, you must earn a total 18 credits of required courses and electives.
