BUFFALO, N.Y. — Leaders from the business, nonprofit and academic worlds will come together for an international virtual conference hosted by the University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE).
Who:
Other presentations will feature top-level industry experts and UB School of Management faculty.
What: The daylong event, “The Future of Leadership: Changing the Way We Live and Work,” will give managers the tools they need to meet the challenges of the changing work environment, with sessions on such topics as artificial intelligence, data analytics, racial equity, creativity, sustainability and ethical leadership.
Why: According to Paul Tesluk, dean of the UB School of Management, “So much in the world has changed over the past year. While what lies ahead is uncertain, it is clear is that leadership will be critical in shaping that future in ways that benefit individuals, organizations and society.”
When: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 3 (detailed schedule below).
