Ghosen named outstanding PR practitioner

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Jacqueline Molik Ghosen, APR, assistant dean and director of communications for the University at Buffalo School of Management, has been named the 2013 May C. Randazzo Outstanding Practitioner by the Buffalo Niagara chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

The distinction honors a Western New York public relations professional who has achieved exceptional professional success, displays the highest ethics and is dedicated to serving the community and the PR profession.

Ghosen was honored at the chapter’s 24th annual Excalibur Awards banquet June 27 at Templeton Landing.

“I’ve got a great team to work with in the School of Management,” said Ghosen. “When you have colleagues doing outstanding work, it’s a pleasure to share that with the world—and it’s an honor to be recognized by PRSA Buffalo Niagara for doing so.”

In addition, Ghosen, Cathy Wilde and Kevin Manne, APR, received an Excalibur Award for Buffalo Business, the school’s magazine for alumni and friends.
