BUFFALO, N.Y.—Leaders from the business, nonprofit and academic worlds will come together for a conference hosted by the University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE).

The event is sponsored KeyBank, the UB School of Management Alumni Association, The Martin Group and the UB Center for Diversity Innovation.
What: The “Lead Together” conference will focus on building inclusiveness across businesses and organizations in today’s world. The event builds upon the success of previous CLOE conferences, which have offered opportunities to learn about the power of people-oriented leadership, social innovation and entrepreneurship, emerging research and how to put that research into practice, and new ways to build collaborations and relationships.
Why: According to Paul Tesluk, dean of the UB School of Management, “Visionary leaders appeal to the ideals we aspire to accomplish together. We need leaders who work to advance equity, improve diversity and build inclusive workplace cultures, and invite you to join us at this conference so we can work together to build a better, more inclusive world.”
