Conflict Management Certification

Navigate and resolve conflict in a multicultural, multigenerational or hybrid workplace. 

Program Content

The Conflict Management Certification consists of six modules that cover a range of topics:

  • Self-awareness in culture and conflict
  • Identifying conflict in diverse systems
  • Cultural communication, styles in conflict
  • Power, social norms and escalation
  • Conflict resolution across cultures and subcultures 

Program Structure

  • Instructional methods    
    • Interactive lectures
    • Group discussions and peer roleplay
    • Reflection prompts and skill-based assignments
    • Hosted virtually in Zoom
  • Weekly format
    • Synchronous two-hour sessions
    • Prework and target weekly assignments
  • Final capstone project
    • You will develop a culturally responsive action plan based on a real-world workplace conflict
