Team Coaching Certification
Enhance collaboration, improve communication and align team efforts toward shared goals with your client groups.
The Team Coaching Certification prepares you, as a leadership coach, to guide teams in building trust, improving team dynamics and strengthening relationships through shared goals. Through discussions and experiential learning activities, you’ll gain the skills to help teams collaborate more effectively and become more productive.
Program Content
The Team Coaching Certification consists of four modules that cover a range of topics:
- Benefits and challenges of team coaching
- Team coaching model
- Team culture and working together towards shared goals
Outside of class, you will complete a course practicum.
Program Structure
- Large class sessions
- Team faculty, individual and group coaching
- Four-month program
- Meets once per month for 90 minutes in Zoom
- Practicum offers hands-on coaching experience
- Expect two hours of weekly homework outside of class
