Brandon Szerwo, CPA, is an expert on financial reporting and auditing — in particular, how regulations, corporate governance and employee turnover impact financial reporting and audit quality. In his research, Szerwo studies recent trends in corporate board composition, management and auditor disclosures, and auditor human capital. He can also discuss issues more broadly in financial regulation and corporate governance.
