Michael Dambra’s research examines the economic impact of regulatory changes such as the CEO pay ratio and the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act, as well as accounting disclosures and IPOs.
His findings have been cited in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and SEC commissioner speeches, congressional depositions, legal blogs and policy papers from the U.S. Treasury Department.
