Timothy Maynes examines leader behaviors that encourage or discourage employee voice, creativity and proactivity, and the impact each has on organizational and employee effectiveness. He also studies how teams operate effectively in business and sports. In addition, Maynes serves as faculty director for the full-time MBA program.
