The MBA Advantage

Delivering appropriate content at the appropriate time for our MBAs is crucial. The CRC provides career content "conference style" to our MBAs for several days before classes begin, during a two-day long session before their second semester, and again for one day at the beginning of their final year. More than 60 national-level speakers, employer partners and alumni devote time to providing career advice, practice interviews and access to opportunities. Contact mgt-crc@buffalo.edu if you would like to get involved and have access to our MBA students.

Network New York

Over winter break, up to 120 undergraduate and graduate School of Management students gather in the Big Apple for alumni meet and greets, company site visits, panels and small group coffee conversations. In 2025, we visited such organizations as The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Goldman Sachs, American Express, Google, JetBlue, Bank of America and more. Contact mgt-crc@buffalo.edu if you are in New York City and would like to get involved.

The Future of Work

Future of Work Summit stage.

In collaboration with the university-wide Career Design Center, the CRC offers professional development to our external stakeholders.  Recruiters, hiring managers and alumni are welcome to attend our Future of Work conferences. These events (held in-person and virtually) include keynote speakers, panels, roundtable conversations focused on the topics important for the day.

Thank you to all our outstanding alumni and company partners for helping coordinate these transformational experiences for our students and external stakeholders.
