Our commitment to being expert resources to our employers continues. This year marked our third “Future of Work” event specifically designed to educate and collaborate with our employer partners. Joining forces with the university-wide Career Design Center, the CRC plans and executes in-person, conference-style and virtual workshops focused on addressing the talent gap.

Introducing the Key Recruiting Partners Program. Platinum, Gold, Silver and Blue sponsorship options are available to help you gain greater visibility to UB School of Management students. In addition to the career fair, your company has the following options:

Sponsor a LinkedIn photobooth at the career fair
Have a guaranteed session with a relevant student club
Provide a guest speaker in our second-year or junior undergraduate career courses, each with 400 students
Send targeted emails to specific student populations
Have your logo proudly displayed at relevant events (on our TV monitors across the school and on our website).
