The Career Resource Center (CRC) has had a banner year with the impact our team has made in advancing our student‑centered mission. The CRC empowers students through a collaborative and inclusive environment that:
These commitments guide everything we do as we prepare students not only for their first job, but also for purposeful lives in a rapidly evolving workforce.
Our progress is strengthened by deep partnerships with employers, alumni, on- and off-campus collaborators, faculty and staff. Together, we help students translate academic and co‑curricular experiences into the skills and competencies that enable them to make meaningful contributions at the School of Management and beyond.
This year, we doubled-down on experiential learning, deepened employer engagement and scaled our services through new technologies and responsible use of AI. We continued to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into all aspects of our work — supporting our vision to shape future business leaders by cultivating lifelong curiosity, initiative, innovation and purpose.
Throughout this report, we have shared the many ways we are evolving to prepare our graduates for success — at graduation and throughout their careers.
