Jacobs 110, 112, 122 and Alfiero 102, 103, 104 are available for use by students and student clubs when there are no classes scheduled.
- Student Clubs - all reservations must be made by email to the club’s faculty advisor who will request the space through the university’s space request system.
- Student presentation - all reservations must be made by email to the course instructor who will request the space through the university’s space request system.
- If you have not reserved the room, you cannot use it.
- If you have reserved the room for an evening or over the weekend, you must see the Jacobs Computer Lab consultant in Jacobs 210 to get into the room and to have the podium opened. Rooms can only be scheduled for use when the Jacobs Computer Lab is open. Check the lab hours to make sure you know when you will have to leave the rooms.
Notify the consultant when you are finished so that they can make sure that the podium and room are securely locked. These rooms MUST be locked when the lab closes for the evening.
Lab consultants are not authorized to let you use a room if you have not reserved it. The reason for this is so that we can have the highest possible level of accountability.
