WARNING: Recent Job Scams

Be aware of job-related email scams in which an entity posing as someone related to the university (alumnus, professor, etc.) reaches out about a position that you never applied to. Recently, we have received reports of students receiving such emails which turn out to be check cashing schemes.

If you have any questions or concerns about a job or internship inquiry, reach out to the CRC at mgt-crc@buffalo.edu or 716-645-3232.
