Students now have greater flexibility in defining their experiential learning opportunities. We are pleased to encourage and support virtual/remote internships as a means to stay engaged with employers while continuing to develop professional skills. Strategies

The internship search is multi-faceted and at times, can seem overwhelming. Take advantage of the programs and resources already in place to assist you:

  • Apply to existing internship postings using BizLink.
  • Attend our job fairs, employer information sessions, speaker series, and other events.
  • Join a professional organization or student club with a local and national presence.
  • Volunteer on campus or engage in the community to make connections.
  • Use our career tools, to learn how to write an effective resume, perform well in interviews and engage in networking.

  • Undergraduate Internships

    The Sophomore Sites program is a spring semester, 2-credit internship exclusively for sophomore School of Management students. These internships help build your résumé and professional skills, while providing value to a local organization. This program also allows you to explore your interests and develop career goals early in your academic career.
