CareerLeader is an excellent self-assessment tool targeted specifically to those seeking careers in business.

It contains three assessment instruments and extensive interpretive guides, which are invaluable for exploring career options. CareerLeader is web-based, interactive and available to University at Buffalo students and alumni at a discount. Click below for more information on CareerLeader.

  • Current Undergraduate Students
    If you have already been authorized to use CareerLeader by the Career Resource Center, you can enter here to take the assessments and use the interpretive guides.   • Current MBA Students
