Background

Dansereau works in the field of organizational behavior, specializing in understanding the simultaneous management of individuals, teams and organizations with an emphasis on leadership, team processes and motivation. He is the co-author of 11 books, the author of more than 80 published articles and is the co-editor of a book series called Research in Multi-Level Issues published by Elsevier. He is a fellow of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Society.
