Alumni Engagement and External Relations

To meaningfully engage — and to provide structure and support to faculty, staff and students so that they can meaningfully engage — School of Management alumni and the business, nonprofit and university communities in the educational, research and service activities of the school.

Emails to Alumni

  • You may request to send an email to a targeted segment or all School of Management alumni, including participants in our Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness programs.
  • Examples of past alumni emails include promotion of events (conferences, speakers, etc.), requests to participate in faculty research, and recruitment to our programs.
  • Email recipients can be filtered numerous ways, including by degree, degree year or geographic region.
  • Complete our email request form, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your request.

School of Management Branded Merchandise Request

  • A variety of gifts are available upon request for alumni and guests with whom you are engaging in your class or through your work.
  • Complete our merchandise request form to either pick up items in 108 Jacobs, or we can mail directly to your guest.
  • Additional items are available, upon request from our online catalog. To inquire about these items, complete the work order below, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your request.
  • Going on a roadtrip? We have a packable 12" x 36" School of Management banner (pictured at right) to use for group photos at events and gatherings to build school pride. When finished, you can leave it as a keepsake or toss it. Complete the work order below, and a member of our team will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

Alumni Lists

  • You may request a list of alumni for a variety of reasons. For example, you may be traveling to a specific area and wish to meet alumni there, or you may wish to review of list of alumni in particular industries to speak to your classes, attend a conference or collaborate with on a research project.
  • Queries can be specified based on degree, degree year, geographic region, company, industry and other fields specific to your needs. Complete the work order below, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your request.

Speakers in the Classroom

We can assist you with bringing alumni and professionals into your classroom either in person or virtually. Complete the work order below, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your request.

Company Connections for Research

If you are interested in engaging alumni and/or an organization in your research, we can make recommendations or connect you, based on your need. Complete the work order below, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your request.

Projects and Programs

  • Our office can help you find and connect with alumni and company representatives for a specific program or project you are working on.
  • Examples of programs and projects we have assisted with include Experience the 50, Social Impact Fellows, Projects Clinic and Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Parking Passes for Guests

One-day guest parking passes are available for anyone you are bringing on campus who may not have one. You will need the license plate of the visiting vehicle and the date of the visit. Complete the work order below to request one.
