Determine your search committee members: Committee should be composed of at least three individuals with both women and minority representation (not the same person).
Compensation for positions and personnel is determined through a combination of the UUP contract (for state employees), managers, School of Management Human Resources and the Dean’s Office.
Extra service
Extra service pay cannot exceed 20% of an employee’s base salary (based on current state requirements). Approval from your supervisor for extra service work and pay must be secured before performing the work or committing to the work
For faculty appointed with a 10-month obligation, extra service is only applicable during your academic year obligation period.
