Specific Areas
Install and support school-owned hardware.
Support the view and installation of software:
Submit central requests for software accessibility and data security clearance.
Software installation of “cleared” software packages.
Support, manage and provide security for School of Management computers, servers, and student computer labs.
Support Jacobs and Alfiero technology-equipped classrooms: training, wireless microphones, how to record lectures, using Zoom for guess speakers, etc.
Act as a liaison with various centrally supported UBIT services including email, VoIP telephone service, Zoom, Panopto, etc., to provide support and direction.
Provide access to financial and research databases.
