Support for services related to facilities of the school’s common areas, offices and classroom.

School of Management Facilities Support

  • Assistance related to office space, such as temperature and air handling, electrical, windows, etc.
  • Installation of items in an office, such as whiteboard, shelves, etc.
  • Key request
  • Liaison to custodial services required in the school, i.e., restrooms, water fountains
  • Furniture-related questions or problems

For any urgent electrical, plumbing, custodial or elevator issue during normal business hours, call Dave Costello at 716-645-8191 or visit 131 Jacobs. If there is no answer, call University Facilities at 716-645-2025.

For any urgent or emergency medical, fire or safety issue, call University Police at 716-645-2222.

UB Central Services and Resources

Submit a campus work order request to University Facilities Customer Service or call 716-645-2025 for the following:

  • After-hours needs and urgent requests that do not involve pubic health and safety
  • Issues in other facilities that are not located in the Jacobs Management Center or the Alfiero Center
